Since 2025, São Tomé and Príncipe has been offering citizenship through investment in the National Transformation Fund. This fund invests in important projects such as energy, health, education, housing and infrastructure. Full citizenship of São Tomé and Príncipe (not just a Golden Visa) is available from as little as USD 90,000 (plus fees). For just USD 5,000 more, the entire family (up to three additional persons) can also obtain citizenship.
